This can also be true for a person who feels really good and happy, but it doesnt mean they arent depressed. Depression is a very normal and natural part of our lives. Its not something that is caused by something bad.

I was having a heart attack recently, and when I got to the ER, the first thing they said was, “We cant let you go without seeing your doctor.” This was the first time I had been hospitalized for something bad in my life. I was still in shock, so they took me straight up to the cardiology area of the hospital.
