I have always been interested in all things food and wine and if you’ve been to any of my live events, you will have heard me talk about how much I like to drink and eat. I’m not the only one who does this, either. But I’m the only one who has the time and energy to really enjoy and prepare an entire meal from scratch. This is what I do for a living, and this is why I love to cook.

I’ve been a full-time chef for almost four years now and I still don’t know what the heck I’m doing. I always thought that I had a knack for food, that I just needed a little guidance to make it truly my own. I guess I got it wrong.

Ive been cooking for over a decade now and Im still a total novice. I learned so much during my first few months as a chef, but now Im a totally different person. Im not as eager to experiment with new recipes and styles, but Im always looking for new ways to improve my skills. The most important thing is that I enjoy it. And I love to cook, I love to eat, and I love to eat more.
