The truth is, education was available to most of african countries, but the reason they didn’t invest in it is because there was NO money to be made. The people in africa were too poor, not too smart, and too lazy. They didn’t have the money to invest in education, so there was nothing for them to do with it.

So basically, the reason europe didn’t invest in education is because they were too lazy and too poor to make it happen. And this is why a lot of people question the value and feasibility of a universal education system. They just think that it is too hard and too expensive, and they are right.

The truth is, they didnt have the money to invest in education. They just didnt see how cheap it would get to be. People who are in the middle of the middle class in the usa, are not exactly well off, and also don’t have as much disposable income to invest in education. So the money just wasn’t there for them.

If the question is about the amount of money that would be required to invest in a universal education system, the answer is probably not. But the reality is that universal education is a real problem in africa. In fact, one of the reasons it takes so long to get universal education in africa is because the people there are so poor. When they have money, they invest it in whatever they want to. But when they dont have money, they dont invest it.

One of the causes of this is that african countries are extremely poor. Africa has the highest percentage of people living on less than $2 a day. And there are so many people who dont even have enough to eat. But another reason is that african countries are relatively sparsely populated. So the amount of people in a country also impacts the amount of people that can get educated.

I think the main reason for this is that african countries are poor and still have not been able to really invest in education. This is especially true in North Africa and the Middle East. In North Africa, a country like Algeria is relatively wealthy, but it does not have a lot of citizens who can really go to school. Other countries like Tunisia and Morocco have much more people who can go to school and are able to do it.

In most countries, the ability to go to school is mostly determined by the economy of the country you live in. But in many countries, it is not. In many places, there is a huge difference between wealthy and poor. In places like France, the rich have the same amount of people who can go to school as the poor. But in India, there is a huge difference in what you can do as a teenager in the rich and poor areas.

This is because there are so many people who are poor or poor in a country because there is a huge difference in the ability to go to school. You can go to school in a country where the ability to go to school is better than in a country where it is not.

In a country like India, there is a huge difference in what you can do as a teenager in a rich and poor area. In a rich area, you can do things like go to school and get a decent job, while in India, people are expected to work on farms.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
