This is also important to stress because we are living in a time of rapid technological change.

This is a time when it is helpful to remember that we don’t know everything, especially when it comes to our thoughts. We have to learn to be mindful and aware of what we are thinking. To become mindful we have to learn how to be in the moment.

We are all on Cloud 9, which is a good thing for a lot of reasons. I have to be mindful of the fact that I have to learn to be mindful, and I have to be mindful of the fact that I have to learn to be aware. It’s important to practice mindful awareness because we are living in a time of rapid technological change.
