The United States, and it’s allies across the world, are still struggling to eradicate the idea that education should be a “right” and instead focus on forcing it onto every child regardless of his talents. Some are even calling for a return to the days of compulsory schools, with the government imposing a curriculum that forces every child to conform his or her personality with the “perfect” society.
I can’t help but think that if school systems used to be a right for everyone, many kids would be having a hell of a time adjusting.
