I enjoy reading articles that discuss how to incorporate the skills, techniques, philosophies, and theories of a particular field of physical education into your daily life.

The more I read about health and fitness, the more I realize how much I depend on the physical and mental health of my body for my overall well-being. I still do a lot of my own research about nutrition, physical activity, and sports, and I like to make sure that I know what I’m reading.

We take a great deal of time looking at what happens when you are in a gym and if you are more or less motivated. Our students are not just there to show up and start sweating and sweating and sweating. They are there to participate in activities that will give them an edge on the competition.

We want to know how physical education affects students. This is so that we can figure out how to best develop our own curriculum to best meet the needs of our students.
