Physical Education is definitely a job. I have a degree in physical education and I have taught physical education for 20 years. In fact, I am the only one of my staff who has a full-time job in the gym! At our gym, we have about 20 staff. We are all teachers, coaches, and administrators. The gym I work at is always changing as its growing, so I have to always keep up to date on the newest and best equipment. That’s why I am not on the computer much. I like to travel, I like to eat, and I like to play video games.
I’m not sure if Physical Education is something that is just for the “average Joe,” but since it is, I’d like to see more people doing it.
