With two children in special education, and both with autism, the demands of school are challenging. I also work in the school system’s mental health and behavioral health program. Because of this, I have had to learn a lot about both areas. I am also a volunteer for a local chapter of the National Autism Association.

Autism is a spectrum of disorders ranging from mild to severe. Because I have autism I have had to learn a lot about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Asperger Syndrome (AS). ASD is a more severe version of autism and is characterized by social isolation and unusual behaviors. It generally occurs in girls and boys and can be on the autistic spectrum and in some cases, it can also be on the non-autistic spectrum.

One of the best ways to learn about autism is to do so in the classroom. The classroom is where autistic children learn how to communicate and interact with others. The teacher, or teacher and/or educator, is the one who helps the autistic child learn how to interact with the world and learn to communicate. In the classroom, autistic children learn to empathize with the teacher and the other children.

There are four types of special education teachers: Special needs, special education, special services, and special education support. All of these types of teachers work together to ensure that the school can handle the needs of all students and teach them how to properly communicate and interact. The teacher is the one who can best support the autistic child so that they learn how to communicate and interact with the world, so it is their responsibility to help the autistic child learn how to communicate and interact with the world.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
