My first thoughts on a new journal that I’ll be using are “I wonder which one of these journals is going to be filled with my notes and thoughts about how I’m doing?” I’m not really sure how a new journal will help me make better decisions. I’ve thought about using one to record my daily thoughts, but the idea of having a journal filled with my daily thoughts would be too overwhelming.

So you could try and use one to record your daily thoughts, but I doubt any journal will help you make better decisions. You will still need to make a conscious effort to do those things that will make you a stronger person. For example, you could start by writing down what you are thinking about in your journal, but you need to do that with a conscious effort to create a better habit.

This is a bit of a bit of a novel, but I think it’s a good thing. You have a journal. You don’t need to make any decisions, but you should still have a journal to follow your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
