A fascinating and entertaining book written by psychologist and author Jacob Barnett. Barnett’s book “Self-Awareness” is a collection of essays aimed at helping people be more aware of the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors they are most aware of. The book is packed with examples from people who have changed their lives for the better by simply practicing awareness.
I’m really enjoying this book and think it’s exactly what people working with awareness should read. It’s not a book about being more aware, and it’s not a book about anything except awareness.
