We are now on the last week of the summer health education week, and I can’t believe I am sharing this with you. From July 4 thru the 8th we talked about health and wellness, our environment, food, and the importance of eating right. We also had an optional session on nutrition.

I’m sure most of you have gotten the message, but I am excited to tell you that we are also including a video on nutrition on August 2. It’s called “Bite Me.” I’m not sure if you saw the trailer, but it’s a really great way to introduce yourself to the wonders of nutrition. I especially love the bit about eating the best vegetables you can find and drinking the best water you can (well, that’s what we did at the meeting).

While we’re on the topic of nutrition, if you know any kids who suffer from a serious health issue, or are interested in what it takes to make kids healthy, you can check out the videos on health education week on our website. We have a fun series called “Kids Health Month” where we talk about the struggles and triumphs of life.

While we talk about how to make kids healthy and what they eat, we also talk about what is really wrong with our bodies. For example, one episode talks about how kids from wealthy families are more likely to suffer from diabetes because they are able to afford food that has been grown on a farm. Another episode explains why it is so much harder to keep kids off the food chain when it comes to nutrition.

Our goal with Kid Health Month is to show kids that they can stay healthy and take responsibility for their own health. Children, no matter what their ethnic background, should always be able to stay healthy. We don’t have to blame their parents for that, and we don’t have to blame their own parents for the same. Kids are the ones who can make those decisions.

Kids are the ones who can make those decisions. That being said, there are a few things that parents can do to help their children be healthier.

The first and most important thing is to make sure you’re not eating bad food. Bad food contains chemicals that can cause cancer. We all know that the biggest cancer risk in the U.S. is obesity, and eating a lot of it is the number one cause of preventable cancer. So make sure you’re not eating too many fruits and veggies, or you’ll be too hungry to eat it.

But the second biggest thing to keep in mind is getting regular exercise. A little light exercise is good for your heart and lungs. It helps your heart pump out the fats and cholesterol you need to store for your body to use for energy. It also helps your body to burn calories by burning fat. So I know that sounds easy, but it can be hard to get enough exercise in our stressful jobs, especially when your work schedule doesn’t allow you to get out of the house.

This week I want to talk about a new app called BodyLog, which I first spotted when I was at the conference last year. I was really impressed by the user interface, and its ability to analyze data collected from your body. The app, which is available for Android and iPhone, is made by an organization called The Body Lab, which is a non-profit organization that runs a lot of science projects around health.

BodyLog looks like a simple, yet effective application to help you track your day-to-day health. The app uses a mobile phone’s GPS to track how much sleep you have, how you move your body, your posture, etc. It also gives you an overview of your overall health. For example, if you’re at your desk, BodyLog will tell you that you’re too stressed to type, and that you should take a nap.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
