The teacher is a person who has the most important job in a school. If people don’t know how to treat them, they won’t respect them, and they won’t respect the school for the person who is responsible for teaching them.
We don’t think about teachers the same way as people do, but we understand what teachers do. Teachers are supposed to be the ones who keep their students learning.
It’s easy to forget that we could be good teachers and good teachers are also good teachers. But we dont know how to teach people well enough to teach them properly.
This is why I don’t teach. It’s not that I don’t want to teach, it’s that I don’t want to teach badly. I think it must have been that way for a long time. There is no way that I would be a good teacher if I didn’t learn from others. I don’t want to be a teacher, I want to be a tutor.
We see it in the practice of the profession: When I was in college, I had a really hard time getting a job as a tutor. I didnt know how to teach. I didnt have a clue about how to get a student to understand something. And thats why I dont teach. Because I dont know how to do it. I dont know what to say. I dont know how to get a student to pay attention. I dont know how to get a student to work for me.
For the past few years I’ve been teaching at a university as an adjunct. The faculty is really nice. They’re all really nice people. There’s a lot of tutors, and they’re all really nice and friendly. But every semester I’m a little bit annoyed by the fact that I come in late to class and I’m always doing some thing or other to get a new class of students interested in something.
I have no idea what to tell you. I dont know how to get a student to pay attention. I dont know how to get a student to work for me. I dont know how to get a student to do anything.
You probably have no idea what I mean. In fact, you might not know what I mean at all. But that’s okay, because as teachers we just have to try our best to get them to pay attention to us. We just have to try our best to get them to work for us. That’s like the hard thing to do, and it can be very frustrating sometimes.
The thing about being a teacher is that you have to take care of every single student and try to get them to do exactly what you want. Thats what we did at school, and thats what we will do here.
