There are so many ways to be on the BJA bandwagon. At the BJA Convention in New Orleans, I attended the “bja expo,” a three-day expo that took place over three days at the historic City Dock Hotel. I was able to take in all the sights, including the newest BJA releases, as well as meet with all the speakers and take photos with everyone.
What are you guys doing? It’s a great idea though, if you have any questions.
I think it would be awesome to have a bja expo. One thing I’d love to see if it’s possible is an educational expo. You would have lots of educational panels, where people would give presentations on the latest BJA releases in a variety of topics.
I am actually having trouble even typing that sentence. I need to find a way to say, “Here’s a list of all the speakers and what they were talking about.
The organizers of the annual conference have promised to have a list of speakers ready for us by the time we arrive, so we’ll have plenty of time to plan our presentation. The event will be held in a venue that is about a mile from the convention center, so it will be easy to get to if you’re from around there.
I’m pretty sure that there are some of you who think it’s a bad idea to visit the convention center. In fact, I think it’s probably the least important thing to have done. The actual convention center is far too small, so I would urge you to be careful.
I am not sure the convention center is really a bad idea either. The convention center is just not large enough to hold everything that Arkane is planning to display. If you go to the convention center, you have to walk by some of the most popular stuff (like the’skeletons’ and ‘new’ games). A lot of the games and games-related stuff you will find at the convention center is very low quality in my opinion.
Well, the thing that makes the convention center so popular is the huge crowds of people who flock there to check out everything. With the huge crowds of people that come to the convention center during conventions, you can’t really have a true quality control process for what’s going on. They have the best access to the convention center. So that makes it very easy to set up something as a convention center.
The thing I hate about the biggest crowds is that they are always loud and angry. The best thing to do is to put the whole crowd on speaker. I mean at the convention center you can have the speakers on speaker, but I dont think that is the best way to run the convention center.
