So… you’re bringing friends and family to a wedding. What could be more fun than a wedding cake? But then, I suppose, you can also bring other people to a wedding.
And they are a great way to create some good karma. A wedding cake is a good-luck offering for a wedding officiant, and it also allows the parents to get their kids to join the celebration. A lot of people who have been blessed with a good marriage have had to go through a lot of hard times and trials in their own lives, so they take their blessings in a big cake as a symbol of their love and commitment to each other.
The cake industry is certainly a multi-billion dollar industry, but it’s not the only one. You can also bring in other people to a wedding (or even to a public protest) to bring good karma to the couple. People of all races and genders can participate.
I know some people object to the term “good karma,” but if you want to say that a cake is good karma, then it’s good karma because it’s a symbol of your commitment to your marriage.
Its also a nice visual way of showing that the two of you are on the same page, or at least on the same page emotionally. And that there is a common ground between you.
As a wedding cake, I think it’s super rad to think of it this way. I mean, look at all the different types you can make. I mean, I’ve had the cake made not just for me but for my best friend for her wedding, as well as a few others. Also, I’m sure there are some you can’t even imagine trying. I mean, look at all the different flavors you can make and the different shapes and sizes.
The idea of a wedding cake is that it is a celebration of the union of two people. And, as such, it is a celebration of the relationships that make up the people you care about most. So, when I make a wedding cake it is for me, my best friend, and those few people I care most about.
