AF refused to ship a new piece although the one they despatched was defective. So the repair now gave me a refurbished piece versus new. The technician was sloppy and thoughtless. While making the repairs he inadvertantly pulled the material from its picket base on the sectional piece next to the piece he was working on. We did not discover this till after he had left while I was inspecting his work. The material that he removed that now wanted to be re-stapled, was not pulled tight sufficient and there have been large folds of material that seemed awful.
