Sycamore is a town in the county of Sussex in the South Eastern Region of England. It is located on the River Sycamore in the parish of St Mary’s, in the north west part of the county. As the name suggests it is a town of the sea. The town lies on the eastern side of the river, at the mouth of the River Stour. The town is in the historic county of Sussex, and has a population of around 20,000.
